Designer Bag BINGO Vendors
Be a vendor and have a prime spot in front of hundreds of (mostly) ladies at this year's designer bag BINGO. 100% of the event proceeds go to Camp Hemlocks.

Vendor Set up 3:30pm - 4:00pm
Doors Open - 4:00pm
Games Begin 6:00pm
There are two vendor areas available.
AREA ONE - is by the main entrance there is space for 22 vendors in this area, each with a 6 foot table (supplied by vendor)
AREA TWO IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT!! IF YOU NEED FLOOR SPACE YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK 2 SPOTS IN AREA ONE
AREA TWO - is located near the pool, directly on the route shoppers will need to take to get from the entrance to the BINGO Hall. These spaces have room for a 6 foot table (supplied by vendor) and additional floor space. There is space for 8 vendors in this area and are first come first serve.
All vendors are first come first serve by brand (ie only 1 tastefully simple vendor will be at the event. First come first serve.)
All vendors must supply there own table and chair if needed.
Cost to participate. $25 PLUS a $25 deposit that will be returned the night of the event. If you can not attend the event and are unable to fill the spot with an approved replacement the full $50 is forfeited to the organization.
Each vendor must also provide a raffle prize with a minimum of $20 value. Prize must be labeled prior to arriving at the event with the value and contents.
All vendors have the option of purchasing up to (2) discounted BINGO tickets for $25.
To sign up please fill out the following. Upon receipt we will check to ensure that we do not have another vendor already registered for your brand. Once that is cleared you will receive a PayPal invoice for the spot, the deposit and any BINGO tickets you are ordering. You will have one week to pay the invoice or your spot will be forfeited.
